01 Professional Design Service
Clients provide detail cads request, like sizes, designs, opening way, the shape of frame and jambs, need screens or not, etc.
We will provide matching cads to check and revision until approved for free!
02 Option Choices Suggestion
We will provide detail parts options for clients and will also give some suggestions to match their designs.
Including handles, glasses, finishes options, even small parts options, like hinges, door sweeps, etc to make your door unique and luxuary.
03 Approved Every Details And Start The Order
Making proform invoice matched customized drawings for clients with details, inform their around delivery time accordingly.
Clients need to sign and approve all the PI and drawings , then pay the deposit of order and send copy of bank receipt and then this order is started.
04 Put Into Production
After everyting is approved, we start production.
The production process is :
Metal work：Cutting materials——Making frames( jamb, glass frame, threshold, door leafs) ——Welding& Calcination——Scrollings——Jointing——Polyfoam—— Polishing ——Sandblast & Painting zinc——Adjusting doors
Painting work：Bondo & Putty (several times)——Painting matte black primer——inspect & Putty again—Painting black——Paint color——Varnish(at least twice)—— Packaging
05 Take Pictures For Clients To Be Approved
After orders are finished, we will take all the pictures for clients to approved and then ask for balance before shippment.
06 Arrange Shippment
Booking the container and arrange loading that.
Help clients to deal with export and import issues until they receive the doors.
